  • Order Acceptance: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time for reasons including product availability, errors in product descriptions or pricing, or suspected fraud.

2. Shipping and Delivery

  • Fulfillment: All orders will be hand-delivered at a team meeting or event.
  • Shipping Risk: Any delivery dates stated are estimates.

3. Returns and Refunds

  • Return Window: We accept returns on unworn, unwashed apparel with original tags attached within 30 days of purchase.
  • Credit Card Fee Policy: In the event of a customer-initiated return or cancellation, the original credit card processing fees are strictly non-refundable. When a refund is issued, our payment processor (Square) does not return their processing fee to us. Therefore, this fee (typically 2.9% + $0.30 of the total transaction) will be deducted from your final refund amount.

4. Product Descriptions and Sizing

  • Aesthetic Accuracy: We attempt to display apparel colors and designs as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your device’s screen will perfectly reflect the actual color.
  • Sizing Variance: Customers are responsible for reviewing our size charts before placing an order. Minor manufacturing variances may occur.

5. Intellectual Property

  • Design Protection: All graphics, t-shirt designs, logos, text, and images on this Site are the intellectual property of Windham Windup 3467 and are protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce or reuse our designs without written permission.
